We live in Hillsboro, Or. Food will not run out tomorrow, and if you cannot have rice with every meal, then you will still survive. I do not have the knitting room, and John doesn't have the shed he wants, but we are blessed with a home and cars that are paid for and children that are fed everyday. We are rich. Besides that, we do not grow and process all of our food, we walk into a store, find what we want, and wait for 10 minutes or less to pay for it. It would be much better for us all if we were growing and processing our own food. We are seriously out of touch.
